CBA was formed as a not for profit with a mission to promote political and economic stability in Chatham over 43 years ago. Since then as a result of our expertise in small business growth and development our market has expanded to serving businesses citywide and throughout the State of Illinois.
CBA is a city delegate agency and areas of expertise include: expansion and growth through economic development, strategic planning, technical training, business trend workshops, access to capital assistance, effective collaborative marketing programs and government certification.
